Fire strategy development

Blackburn Associates are able to assist with your fire strategy design requirements. Whether this is to review a fire strategy already developed or to be involved from the very start of your project as part of the design team.

 

Designs will be reviewed for compliance with the functional requirements of The Building Regulations 2010 using either Approved Document B or British Standard 9991 for residential buildings.

Fire strategy reports for submission to the building control body are able to be produced clearly explaining the strategy and how compliance is met, or drawings indicated with the required fire safety provision for use by the project team.
